1. Data controller

2. What data we process and for what purpose

We process personal data primarily when you contact us yourself through the form on our website, by e-mail or by telephone.

• Data from the contact form: first name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number (optional), company name (optional) and the content of your message.
• Purpose of processing: handling your enquiry or question, preparing an offer and further related communication.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to your enquiry (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Cookies and traffic measurement

With your consent we use Google Analytics (provided by Google Ireland Limited) to measure website traffic using cookies. It helps us improve the website. Measurement only starts once you have given your consent in the cookie bar. Without consent, no analytics cookies are stored. Consent is voluntary; you may refuse it or change it at any time later via the Cookie settings link in the website footer. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

As part of this service, data may also be transferred to Google outside the EU (for example to the USA), on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. We do not use any profiling advertising cookies.

In addition, our web server keeps standard operational records (logs) of accesses, which may contain the IP address, the date and time of access, the page visited and the browser type. We process these records purely internally to ensure operation, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and we retain them only for a limited period.

4. Data retention period

We retain the data from your enquiry for the period necessary to handle it and subsequently for the duration of our legitimate interest, as a rule for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, unless legislation requires otherwise. We then securely delete it.

5. Recipients and processors

We do not pass your data on to third parties for their own purposes and we do not sell it. To ensure the operation of the website and e-mail communication we use vetted processors (hosting and e-mail service providers) that process the data on the basis of a contract and in accordance with the GDPR. The data is located on servers in the European Union.

6. Your rights

In relation to your personal data you have the right:

• to access the data and to information about its processing,
• to have inaccurate data corrected or incomplete data completed,
• to erasure of the data (the “right to be forgotten”),
• to restriction of processing,
• to data portability,
• to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• to withdraw consent previously given.

You can exercise your rights by e-mail at info@yourtechnology.cz. We will handle your request without undue delay, at the latest within one month.

7. Supervisory authority

If you believe that we are breaching legislation by processing your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, www.uoou.cz.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if necessary. The current version is always available on this page, stating the date of effect.
