Where private AI helps most often

The assistant pays off wherever people repeatedly look for answers in the company's own documents. These are the situations we come across most often with our customers.

An assistant over internal documents

You upload policies, contracts, manuals or quotations and the assistant answers questions about them. With every answer it shows which document it drew on, so you can verify it without reading the whole file.

Search across company data

Instead of digging through shared folders and e-mail threads, you ask in an ordinary sentence. The assistant goes through the knowledge base, finds the relevant passages and assembles an answer with links to the sources.

Preparing materials and replies

A summary of a long document, a draft reply to a customer, material for a quotation or minutes from a meeting. The assistant prepares the first version, which you only edit and send.

Onboarding new colleagues

A new joiner asks about a procedure or an internal rule and gets an answer that references the policy in force. More experienced colleagues no longer have to explain the same thing over and over.

Operation

Where and how the assistant runs

Private AI is not a renamed public chatbot. It is a model we operate on Your Technology infrastructure, with access only to the documents you give it.

Your Technology infrastructure in the Czech Republic

Both the model and the knowledge base run on our infrastructure in the data centre in the Czech Republic. Questions and documents are not sent to public AI services.

Data does not leave the European Union

Processing and storage take place inside the EU, backups included. That is not a transfer to a third country, so you do not have to arrange supplementary measures for it.

Connection to your company documents

You fill the knowledge base by uploading files or by connecting the storage in the Cloud office. New and revised documentation is reflected in the base, so the assistant works with the current wording.

Private operation, not a public chatbot

The environment is separated for your organisation. Your data is not used to train models and is not shared with other customers. We deploy both open and commercial models, depending on what the task requires.

Note on attribution: the data centre operates the facility in which our infrastructure runs. The standards and certifications of the data centre relate to the operator of the facility, not to Your Technology. Your Technology is the provider of the service that runs in that data centre.

You control access to the assistant and to the knowledge base. We design the specific setup around your organisational structure and the sensitivity of your data.

You can run Private AI on its own, or as part of the Cloud office. In the second case you sign in to the assistant with the same account as to the rest of your working environment and it works directly with the files you keep there.

What companies ask most often

Where does the model run?

The model runs on Your Technology infrastructure in the data centre in the Czech Republic. It is not a resold public AI service, so your questions and documents are not sent to foreign clouds.

Can anyone else see our data?

No. The environment is separated for your organisation, your data is not used to train models and is not shared with other customers. Access by our engineers is governed by the contract and by assigned roles.

Can the assistant cite its sources?

Yes. For answers drawn from the knowledge base it shows the documents it used, so you can verify any statement in the original.

Which models do you use?

We deploy both open and commercial models, depending on what the task requires and how sensitive the data is. We discuss the specific choice when designing the solution, including which options are viable for fully private operation.

Does the assistant speak Czech and German?

Yes. The assistant works with Czech, Slovak, English and German, so you can ask questions and receive answers in the language your company normally uses.

Can we try it on our own data?

Yes. We usually start with a smaller pilot knowledge base covering a single area, so you can judge the quality of the answers on your own documents before deciding on the scope of the rollout.
